Delete Your Reach Test Prep Account

You can delete your Reach Test Prep account, operated by Reach Test Prep, LLC, at any time, either in the app or by emailing us.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Reach Test Prep app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, email reach@reachtestprep.org from the email address on your account, or include your username, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

If your account was created with a class code, your school or a parent or guardian may also request deletion for you.

3. What Is Deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (username, email address and password).
• Your profile, including your name, school, class code, XP, level and streak.
• Your question answers and results.
• Your device's notification token, so you stop receiving notifications.

4. What May Be Kept

We may keep usage records that no longer identify you, which we use to improve the app, and any information we are required to keep by law. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the App Store, so cancel any active subscription there; deleting your account does not cancel it.
