This Privacy Policy describes how Reach Test Prep LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, reachtestprep.org (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to the Reach Test Prep mobile application, which is covered by the Reach Test Prep App Privacy Policy, or to any other product or service we offer.

a. Information You Provide

When you fill out a form on the Website, we collect the information you enter:

  • Beta Sign-Up: Your first and last name, email address, and role (student, teacher, parent, or school).
  • School Inquiries: Your name, role, and work email address; your school and district; the number of juniors enrolled; and any message you include.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about your visit:

  • Usage Data: The pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, the time spent on each page, and the website, link, or campaign that referred you to the Website.
  • Device Data: Your device type, operating system, and, where applicable, the app in which you opened the Website (for example, Instagram or TikTok).
  • Identifiers: A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser, which allows us to recognize return visits. This identifier is not associated with your name or email address.

Our Website analytics records do not include your IP address. Our hosting providers maintain standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests, including requests from schools.
  • Contact you about the beta program, if you sign up for it.
  • Understand how the Website is used and improve it.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • Legal Reasons: If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

We retain Website analytics records for up to 13 months. We retain information you submit through a form or by email for as long as needed to respond to you and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Opt-Out Preference Signals: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we will not store a persistent identifier in your browser and will not send information about your visit to Meta.
  • Browser Storage: You can remove the identifier described in Section 1(b) by clearing your browser's data for the Website.
  • Access, Correction, and Deletion: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through the Website, please contact us and we will delete it.
